compassion ministry
The Compassion ministry at Mountaintop exists to encourage the transformation of hearts and lives through serving the under-resourced both locally and internationally. We are focused on the ministries Kids at Risk, Communities in Crisis, and People on the Fringe of Society. We serve Kids at Risk through ministries such as Raleigh’s Place Foster Home and partnerships that are reaching kids around the world. In communities like Fairfield, Mountaintop volunteers and resources are going to aid in the rebuilding of once vibrant places. We reach out to people overlooked in society, including the homeless and prisoners, by meeting their physical needs and encouraging their spiritual walks. Internationally, we are sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ in both words and actions in Tanzania, Kenya, Columbia, Honduras, the Philippines with plans to expand into other parts of the globe. All our compassion efforts are fueled by the desire to be the hands and feet of Christ to our neighbors whether they are right next door or all around the world.

“….whenever you did one of these things to someone overlooked or ignored, that was me- you did it to me”. Matthew 25:38
